Osasuna Calls 22 Players for Season Finale Against Getafe
Forty-five schools from across Navarre join team for training as part of Aula Rojilla program
Club Atlético Osasuna hosted one of its most special training sessions of the year Thursday morning, welcoming 4,800 children from 45 schools across Navarre at El Sadar Stadium as part of the Aula Rojilla (Classroom Rojillo) program. Throughout the year, 50 schools have participated, with a total of 5,670 children involved.
As usual, two days before a match, the session was lighter, consisting of set-piece drills and football tennis.
Forward Víctor Muñoz did not train due to a muscle injury in the soleus of his left leg.
Osasuna will hold its final training session Friday before hosting FC Barcelona on Saturday at El Sadar. The match is set for 9 p.m. local time (8 p.m. BST, 3 p.m. ET). Friday’s session begins at 11 a.m. at the Tajonar Sports Complex. Head coach Alessio Lisci will speak to reporters following the training.
